SSI Freediving Level 1 is your entry ticket to the world of freediving. Everyone starts for a different reason – aiming to overcome an anxiety of water, challenging the mind and body, honing the innate ability to explore the oceans’ depths, etc… Whatever the reason, one constant remains: it is crucial to begin your journey with a structured course.
During this course, your focus will be directed to three main points: discovering the Frenzel technique for safe and efficient equalization, learning a new breathing technique for mind and body relaxation, and, most importantly, putting these new skills to practice in the water! After booking, you will receive an email link to register with SSI. Once registered, we will order your online theory, which will become accessible to you through your new account.
