Zero to Hero is the full package.
After being introduced to our team and fitted for your equipment, you will jump into SSI Freediving Levels 1 and 2, thus discovering freediving through the SSI system. After completing the courses, you will participate in the Master Program for 1 to 2 months, advancing all facets of your freediving knowledge: theory, dry practice, training exercises, pool disciplines, and of course, open water training. The more fully you integrate freediving training as a lifestyle in your daily life, the better diver you will become. Together, we will decide when you are ready to move forward with SSI Freediving Level 3, SSI’s highest level recreational course.

These months of courses and training will establish the foundation needed to be a competent and confident freediver, preparing you to take the next step. The SSI Freediving Instructor Training Course will draw on your experience, building on this foundation to teach you how to use the accumulated knowledge and skills to teach others.
Upon completion of the FITC and certification as an SSI Freediving instructor, you will have the option to gain real experience by co-teaching some courses under the supervision of a senior instructor. This is an invaluable opportunity to observe different teaching styles, receive feedback on your performance, and give you the confidence to teach courses independently.
